📦 1. Order & Shipping

How much is shipping? To make it as easy as possible for you, we charge a fair flat shipping rate of €4.95 for every order within Germany – no matter how full your inventory is. For orders over €55, shipping is completely free!

Why does my order arrive in two different packages? As we have a mixed assortment, we use different logistics channels:

  1. Our wearables (shirts & hoodies) are freshly printed for you after your order and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

  2. Our gaming loot & accessories are shipped directly from the international wholesaler's factory and take approx. 10–15 business days. So it's completely normal if your shirt arrives sooner than your mousepad!

Can I track my order? Yes! As soon as your loot is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your package.


🛡️ 2. Products & Quality

Where do your products come from? Our clothes are printed and packed in modern print shops directly in Europe as soon as you click "Order". We source our gaming accessories directly from verified international manufacturers to offer you the best price without expensive intermediaries.

How do your shirts and hoodies fit? Our wearables have a regular fit. If you prefer a cozier feel or an "oversized look" while gaming, we recommend ordering one size larger.


🔄 3. Returns & Support

Can I exchange or return items? Sure, no problem! You have 14 days after receiving the goods to decide on a return. Please note that items must be unworn and in their original condition. Before returning, simply send us a short email so we can provide you with the correct German return address.

My product arrived damaged – what now? That shouldn't happen, but if a transport goblin got to your package: Just take a quick photo of the damaged item and send it to us via email. We will, of course, send you a free replacement immediately!
